The Catalysis of Indonesia Government, what should you note!

Before I beginning to show you what a lack Indonesia governmental we have, we should agree in one term what a catalysator is. In much of science literature and study, in which I learned from school, is that catalysator is somewhat that catalyzed something that will occur. Those something will be rapidly processed than without any catalysator behind. This give sense that a catalysator is something that make process robustly done in no time.

Indonesia have much of catalysator (or maybe as govatalisator?) in the government. Don’t care which areas it is implanted. This is a usual attitude possibly, or something like usuality among us. Take an example of teacher. Department of education who take responsibility of the quality of republic educational, is said to be the best catalysator of filtering and screening whose teacher match the quantity to be the PNS (Pegawai Negeri Sipil, a degree in which teacher can reach its glory by the support of government) without any effort. What a shame.

so, explain me what bad?

Okay, something yet undiscoverable of how the governmental works (in background), is once again, something unusual to be traced. we Indonesian is habitually keep secret of our alliance. Both, don’t matter it is you or they, if we’re an alliance, there is no law apply to us. Because, they are the law itself, they control it. Something that written in the book of law (undang-undang) is has no meaning with the alliances. Like how united nations keep silent of the war crime by israel(i) on Palestine.

I don’t believe that all those PNS applicant is use no tricky trick in order ‘catalyzed’ the work, and finally, become the order of PNS equaled by no one in time. The bad, you should know that PNS itself is very special degree that hard to reach. It gives wealth to teacher, but (almost) not depend on how smart the teacher is, how talented, how suitable he is to be the PNS.

Sadness, it depend on how much the Rupiah as the currency is given. You give dozen, you get it. You give horrible, fine you still get it, after 10 years! I think, this kind of terminal is no longer used by the well-wealthy government outside to reach more money. Instead, with the quality-based PNS, we can print the next generation of leaders that will lead the Indonesia step a side in International world known today.

Lot of story of unusual catalysis out there in our governmental, and we, as the next leaders, must completed the job that will be our responsibility. Let’s build better government, my man as Daniel Ellsberg stated in his Pentagon Papers: “We aim for maximum political impact. We believe that transparency in government activities leads to reduced corruption, better government, and stronger democracies. All governments can benefit from increased scrutiny by the world community, as well as their own people”.
